We were honored to welcome a distinguished guest today at the Learning Institute! ?? Fekede Tuli, Associate Professor of Teacher Education at Kotebe University of Education in Ethiopia, spent the day with us, bringing valuable insights from his extensive experience in teacher education and educational development.

During his visit, Prof. Tuli sat down with Joanna Williams, MCC Fellow and researcher at the Learning Institute, for an engaging and inspiring podcast conversation. Together, they explored key questions around global educational challenges, teacher training practices in Africa, and the importance of culturally responsive pedagogy in today’s classrooms.

Their conversation highlighted the need for international collaboration in education and offered rich perspectives on how different regions of the world can learn from each other’s experiences to improve both teacher training and student learning outcomes.
