Zsófia Gali is a graduate theologian. She acquired her administrative expertise during her years at the National University of Public Service. Later, she managed the offices of the Ministry of Education's public foundations, including the Public Education Foundation, for ten years. She participated in the development and implementation of the National Talent Program, for which she received the Service to Talents annual individual award in 2011.
Subsequently, as a leader in civil organizations, she managed domestic and EU-funded projects in youth and non-formal education. Within these projects, she developed mental health programs for young people, delivered training sessions and lectures for disadvantaged students, and conducted training for youth leaders from several EU countries.
At the Learning Institute, she is responsible for organizing and overseeing operational tasks.
