Dr. Dalma Lilla Dominek initially earned her degree in Geography Education and Cultural Management, followed by a law degree from the University of Pécs. She later completed her doctorate in Educational Sciences at the Doctoral School of Education at the University of Pécs. Her research focuses on the incorporation of flow-based education in cultural and higher education institutions. She is an assistant professor at the Department of Social Communication at the Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies of the National University of Public Service and a researcher at MCC's Learning Institute.
She has published two books: Flow, or Playful Communication in Museums and Experience-Based Environmental Education in Natural History Museums. She has extensive experience in public administration, having worked as the chief of staff to a state secretary and as the CEO of a state-owned company specializing in innovation.
She is a member of the Andragogy Subcommittee of the Pedagogical Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) and an associate member of the MTA Pedagogical Committee. She is also active in numerous scientific societies and has participated in various national and international projects. Currently, she is part of a research group focusing on digital education, where her role involves measuring and evaluating flow. One of the group's achievements includes securing second place in an international competition.
