We had the pleasure of welcoming a Turkish delegation who operate a high-quality primary and secondary school. Their institution also functions as a talent center, providing exceptional support to gifted students through tailored courses, competitions, and international exchange programs.
Our guests presented their own talent development model, offering us a comprehensive insight into how they nurture student growth. In turn, we shared the MCC educational system with them, with particular emphasis on the work conducted by the Learning Institute. We showcased how we contribute to MCC’s talent development efforts through lectures, training sessions, and workshops regularly delivered by our colleagues.
The meeting also included discussions about the research projects carried out within the Institute, as well as roundtable talks organized for both professional audiences and the wider public. This exchange fostered an inspiring professional dialogue, which we hope will lay the foundation for a long-term collaboration.
